We currently ship only within the continental United States.

ILLINOIS
- Orders $0-99 = $6 flat rate shipping
- Orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING
AR, CT, DE, GA, IA, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, WI, WV (1 or 2-day UPS ship)
- Orders $0-99 = $10 flat rate shipping
- Orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING
AL, AZ, CO, DC, FL, KS, LA ME, MA, MS, NE, NH, ND, RI, SD, TX, VT, VA (approx. 3-day UPS ship)
- Orders $0-99 = $12 flat rate shipping
- Orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING
CA, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA WY (approx. 4-day UPS ship)
- Orders $0-99 = $14 flat rate shipping
- Orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of the shipment's receipt. The item must be in it's original condition, and the return must include the original packing slip. Please follow these steps to return an item:
- Wrap the package securely, using the original packing material, if possible.
- Mail the package to:

- For your protection, we recommend you use an insured, trackable carrier.
- Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
- For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 2-4 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we absolutely want to fix the problem. Please contact us at info@cat-n-mouse.com as soon as possible, so that we can investigate the issue and come up with a satisfactory resolution.
