Shipping

Standard Shipping Within the Continental U.S. -  Our preferred methods of shipments are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.  The method we choose depends on the size of the package and delivery location.  If you have a preference, please let us know.

Store Pickup - If you live in Chicago and would like to pay for an item online but pick it up at the store, just select Free Store Pickup when you check out.  We'll have your item waiting for you behind the counter.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders - We're sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside of the continental U.S.

Overnight Shipping - For expedited orders, please call our store at 773-384-4454 and we will quote a rate for your requested speed of service.

 

Sales Tax

Because Cat & Mouse Game Store is incorporated in Illinois, Illinois residents are charged sales tax, which is currently 9.25% at our location.

 

Return & Exchanges

Items purchased in our brick and morter store can be returned for a full refund with original receipt within 14 days of purchase.  Items returned with a gift receipt can be exchanged within 30 days.  Items must be in their original condition; all sales of clearance items are final.

Online Orders

All returns of online orders must be authorized in advance; please fill out the return request form to recieve authorization.  We accept returns on unopened, unused products for 14 days after the order is received.   When we receive a return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price plus any taxes.  The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by Cat & Mouse Game Store.
