MISSING PIECES: Before initiating a return due to missing pieces, please read our missing piece policy.

NOTE: We accept returns on unopened and unused products products for 14 days after the order is received. If a product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. All returns of online orders must be authorized in advance; please fill out the return request form below to receive authorization. When we receive a return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price plus any taxes. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by ChiTownPuzzles.com.
